Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your tape. This policy explains when orders can be returned or refunded. It works alongside our Terms of Service.

We show you a proof first

For every custom order, you review and approve a free digital proof before you pay anything. This is your chance to check the design, colors, and spelling, so there are no surprises after production.

Custom (made-to-order) tape

Because custom tape is printed specifically for you, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once you have approved the proof and production has begun. Please review your proof carefully before approving it.

If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the proof you approved, we will make it right. Email hello@getparcelry.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If we confirm the problem, we will reprint the affected rolls or issue a refund. Normal printing variations described in our Terms (slight color or alignment differences) are not considered defects.

Ready-made (pre-printed) tape

Ready-made rolls may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. To start a return, email us for instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price (original shipping is non-refundable). Defective or incorrect ready-made items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Canceling an order

Ready-made orders can be canceled before they ship. Custom orders can be canceled any time before you approve the proof, at no charge.

How to start a return or claim

Email hello@getparcelry.com with your order number and, for damage or defect claims, photos of the issue. We will respond with next steps.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we approve the refund or receive your returned item.
