These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getParcelry.com and your purchase of products from Parcelry ("Parcelry," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our products

We offer custom logo packing tape that is printed to order from your artwork, and a small range of ready-made (pre-printed) designs. Custom tape is a made-to-order product produced specifically for you.

Free proof, quotes, and orders

For custom orders, we provide a free digital proof before you pay. Your order is confirmed once you approve the proof and payment is received. Because custom tape is produced specifically for you, once you approve your proof and production begins, your custom order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded except as described in our Refund & Returns policy. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. A one-time setup fee may apply to custom orders as described on our site. Prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated. The price for your order is the price confirmed in your quote or at checkout.

Your artwork and content

When you send us a logo, artwork, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights. You grant us a limited license to reproduce your content solely to create your proof and produce your order. You agree to be responsible for, and to indemnify us against, any claim arising from the content you supply.

Our intellectual property

The Parcelry name, our website content, and our ready-made design library belong to Parcelry and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Production variation

Custom printing involves small, normal variations. Colors on your screen and in a digital proof are a reference only and may differ slightly from the printed result, and minor alignment variation is possible. These normal variations are not considered defects.

Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery times shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parcelry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
